By purchasing any product or signing the automatic knife release form you are agreeing to these terms. It is the responsibility of the BUYER, NOT THE SELLER, to ascertain and abide by all applicable federal, state and local laws applying to the purchase, possession, shipment or use of any items purchased.
The BUYER will hold harmless the seller in the event any laws are violated by the BUYER. Buyer also holds harmless the seller for any injury of any kind associated with any item purchased.
Buyer attests that they are over the age of 21 and are familiar and compliant with all applicable laws. Buyers (or their legal guardian if under age) that falsify this form thereby exposing Horizon Outdoors to any legal action as a result of their false statements will be held accountable for any legal fees incurred plus treble damages and punitive damages where applicable. Using a credit card that does not belong to you without express permission from the holder constitutes FRAUD.
If you use your parents card, they may choose not to prosecute you. WE WILL. False credit card information by anyone, especially minors, will not be tolerated and will be dealt with harshly. If deemed necessary the proper authorities will be notified and appropriate action vigorously pursued.

AUTOMATIC KNIFE RELEASE FORM 18 USC 1716 (G) (2) (1-4) provides this summary:
Switchblades (automatic) knives can be shipped to civilian and armed forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal government ordering or procuring or purchasing such knives in connection with activities in the Federal government; supply or procurement officers in the National Guard, the Air National Guard or militia of the state or territory of the District of Columbia ordering, procuring or purchasing such knives in connections with the activities of such organizations; to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any state or territory of any county, city or other political subdivision of a state or territory ordering, procuring or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of such government. 5 USC 1244 provides in summary: Knives can be shipped by common carrier, that sale, transportation or distribution, possession or introduction into interstate commerce of switchblades knives is authorized if it is pursuant to a contract with the armed forces or any member or employee thereof acting in the performance of his or her duty may possess switchblade knives and may have them shipped to him and sold to him or her. The possession and transportation upon his or her person of a switchblade knife or a blade 3 inches or less is authorized to any handicapped individual who has the use of only one arm.

The laws concerening automatic knives vary widely from state to state. Some states allow unconcealed carry by any adult, some allow only authorized persons to carry, some allow possesion as in a collection but no carry. It is the responsability of the buyer to abide by applicable laws as they pertain to the sale, shipping, possesion and/or use of automatic knives.
