Paragon Cutlery is now Paragon / Asheville Steel and they are resurecting the Paragon Cutlery Phoenix. Original Paragon Cutlery knives are still available from old stock. Paragon / Asheville steel is reintroducing some models after appying some minor redesign to improve and update Paragon Cutlerys line. While Paragon / A.S. has no obligation to warranty Paragon Cutlerys knives they are graciously offering owners of Paragon Cutlerys knives replacement parts if available. If you need something like a spring, screw, pocket clip or other small parts to repair your old Paragon. Let us know what you need and we will have it sent to you at no charge. It's their way of saying "we're here for our customers and will work to be the best we can be from production to warranty service. From what I've exerienced Paragon/A.S. has the right attitude and vision to be considered a top notch knife company.
