This transaction was unsuccessful.
There are 2 main things that can cause a good transaction to be declined.
#1. Your "billing address" must be the address that your bank sends your statement to. If is not, the transaction will be denied.
#2. The 3 digit security code is missing or incorrect. The 3 digit code is on the back of your card at the end of the signature line. If it is not correct, the transaction will be declined.
